An old faithful for us in terms of organically-farmed, delicious central Italian red from La Collina Biologica winemaker Francesco Cirelli. Not too heavy, not too ripe, and not oaky, this isn't '80s or '90s-styled fiasco-type wine. Perfect, easy stuff for spaghetti and ziti and meatball subs, great selection for a solid everyday table wine.
